From 2010 we have been starting the "International Jazzworkshop" with an opening concert the evening before workshops and classes begin. Groups made up of our internationally renowned artists play a very exciting and varied program and this gives the students and the public a taste of what will be happening for the rest of the festival week.
During the following we offer a rich programme of concerts to the public every evening except for August 10th. Local residents, tourists and visitors to the region will be able to enjoy a wonderful week of jazz concerts that one would normally only expect to find in a capital city.
